Full-Body Training
It should go without saying that our training programs should reflect the goals we are looking to achieve. Yet for some reason, the large majority of people still train like they’re a bodybuilder from the 80’s.
Priority Number One.
Five and a half years ago I broke a national record in the deadlift for my weight class - 280kgs at 82.5. This isn’t the first record in my name but it has certainly proven the one I am most fond of as it was unknowingly my last.
First Entry
Over the next roughly 18 months all my life’s focus will be centred around resolving unfinished business. In particular, two goals of mine that I originally set out to accomplish many moons ago.
